Welcome to this new addition to our store.  We thought it would be useful to our customers to publish some information regarding our products; how to assemble them, replacement instructions, frequently asked questions, video demos etc. Think of it as a knowledge base of everything we know provided in electronic format for your edification. So over time this portion of our site will become a repository for everything we carry so we can better serve you - our customers. 
In addition to the product information we are implementing a support forum where you can post support questions and get answers.  We work hard to answer each and every phone call and email that we receive, but sometimes, it just doesn't happen as quickly as we would like.  With the new forums we believe that we can take our customer service to the next level.  We'll still be answering the phone, and responding to emails too!
We will also be working to build a library of product demo videos.  Judging from the questions that we get we think that this will be a valuable asset to help you get up and running as fast as possible with your new gear!
